Basic courses: Teaches basic Kung Fu skills, master the basic hand and step stances of martial arts, as well as the primary forms.
Martial arts special courses: mainly teaches the standard style of martial arts routines, including wushu forms, traditional fist forms, weapons, traditional weapons, and sparring set routines.
Shaolin Kung Fu courses: mainly teach Shaolin style routines fist forms, weapons, partner routing series, sparring set routine and practical self-defenses.
Tai Chi courses: Teach health preservation Kung Fu arts that take regulation of breathing, concentration, and exercise so as to smooth the chi, blood flow, channels, and collaterals, exercise the bones and muscles and harmonize the internal organs. The courses include Tai Chi, Ba Gua Zheng, Ba Duan Jin, Liu Zi Jue, muscle-bone strengthening exercise, regulation of stomach and spleen chi, regulation of heart and blood pressure and strengthening of lung chi etc.
Traditional martial arts courses: Teach traditional martial arts routines, including Xingyi Fist, Fanzi Fist, Pi Gua Fist, Southern Broadsword, Southern staff, Three Section Staff etc.
